  • ALL ORDERS, regardless of size are DELIVERED and PICKED UP.

    We deliver within 10 miles of Fogelsville PA at no additional costs. A variable flat rate will be quoted outside of that.

  • We accept Cash, Check, Venmo or Credit Cards.

    A deposit in the form of a Check, Venmo or Credit Card payment is required to secure the equipment. Deposits are non-refundable and due within 7 business days after initial request or immediately if the event is within 14 Days.

    Balance is due upon delivery/set up, however, if paying with Venmo full payment is due 7 Days in advance of the event.

  • We proudly service the Lehigh Valley & Beyond! We can and will deliver to areas outside of our standard service zone for an additional fee.

  • How many people do you expect at your event?

    Will they be sitting at tables? Will you just need chairs? Do they need to all sit at once?

    What else will you need in the tent? (for example food tables, lighting, fans, heat, portable toilet etc.)

    Where do you want the tent to be located, is it level?

    Do you need a permit to hold your event?

    What kind of ground will the tent be installed upon? (grass, asphalt, other surface)

    Have you measured the area allowing for an additional 6 ft. around for staking the tent in place?

    Where are all the utilities located?

    a. Gas lines

    b. Power lines

    c. Cable

    d. Telephone/Communications

    e. Sprinkler systems

    f. Electrical

    g. Sewage/Septic

    h. Water

    Locate and mark all possible underground utilities.

    If you are unsure of the location of those items you can call the Pennsylvania One Call System at 1-800-242-1776 or dial 811 a minimum of two weeks in advance to obtain this FREE service.

    If you're renting a particular ground, ask the groundskeeper or event manager.

  • Check if permits are necessary to hold your event at a location you choose. You are responsible for obtaining those permits.

    Mark the location where you want your tent installed and allow an additional 6 ft. for roping and staking tents.

    Allow additional time for your party to be set up and taken down. Remember, chairs and tables are delivered stacked and are expected to be picked up in the same manner.

    Ensure the area where you want your equipment delivered and set up to be clear of any and all debris (i.e. lawns mowed at least two days prior, vehicles/obstacles out of the way this includes: children's toys, lawn furniture and if you have pets be sure the lawn is free of any excrement) before the crew is scheduled to arrive.

    Have a contingency plan and emergency evacuation plan in place in case of bad weather. During severe weather remember safety first and it's best to err on the side of caution. When in doubt - evacuate!

    Pitch A Tent reserves the right in an actual or predicted storm to dismantle any equipment that has been previously installed to ensure the safety of all involved.
